This one’s for the Oreo lovers out there!

And that isn’t even the best part…

Yep! That’s right… Oreo Stuffed Cupcakes!

Cupcakes are all the rage right now, but you don’t have to go to a Cupcakery for a gourmet cupcake! This devilishy amazing cupcake was made using a yellow cake mix and one package of Oreo cookies!

I had heard about these babies from a friend and immediately knew I had to figure ‘em out. SO glad that I tried. Check out these easy steps:

1. Prepare one package of yellow cake mix (as directed)
2. Crush 6 Oreo Cookies and fold them into the batter
3. Spoon about 1-2 Tbsp. of the batter into the bottom of 24 cupcake cups
4. Gently press an Oreo cookie down into each cupcake cup
5. Layer the top with 1-2 Tbsp. more of the batter
6. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes (or until done)

These cups of goodness are great even without frosting but there is nothing like a finger-lickin’ good cream cheese frosting perfectly piped on top and sprinkled with Oreos. In these photos, I cut the Oreos into 4 pieces and used as a topper but this would require more than one package of Oreos. Normally I crush the remaining Oreos in the food processor and sprinkle them on top. Cute both ways!
